Compliance Information

Koala Kare Products strives for compliance in accordance with voluntary and mandatory programs throughout the United States and beyond.

In the U.S. we follow ASTM safety standards for baby changing stations, high chairs and booster seats. The standards focus on product performance, chemical testing and labeling requirements. European standards for similar products are referenced as EN Standards and also pertain to product performance, chemical testing and labeling. We have products that meet both ASTM and EN Standards as well as some that meet one or the other. For objectivity, our products are tested by third party labs in both the U.S. and Europe. Koala develops all new products with a focus on compliance.

Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA) Compliance

Many of our baby changing stations are ADA-compliant when properly installed.

To ensure ADA compliance, Koala Kare products must be installed and operated properly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable ADA requirements. Please review our technical data sheets  and installation instructions.

  • Buy American Act
